• Cancelation Policy: Cancelation windows and fees are set dynamically by the individual service providers on our platforms (Glide Black / BookTheChair). Cancelations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or ride are generally subject to a cancelation fee up to 100% of the quoted price.
